Round Ventures, a holding company founded by a group of successful internet entrepreneurs, has made its first appearance with the acquisition of 100% stake in fast-growing founder platform BaseTemplates. Round Ventures goal is to build the leading platform to help founders raise capital more quickly and efficiently through software, templates, and teamwork. Further add-on acquisitions are planned.

Berlin-based BaseTemplates has helped more than 25,000 founders to start, grow and raise funding for their businesses. Main products are templates and services sharing the best practices of successful entrepreneurs. BaseTemplates is profitable, growing and the majority of revenue is coming from the US and Western Europe. Since 2022, it’s been operated by venture studio Wizard Ventures.
